Digital Assets Trader

Support the deployment of new algorithms, clients, and markets within the algorithmic trading business. Responsibilities include keeping a global updated view of all algorithmic trading operations, trade execution across crypto spot, perpetuals, and options, and managing asset rebalancing across multiple CEXs and DEXs. You will monitor client service level agreements, evaluate trading performance, keep track of the treasury, and report technical and financial problems to the dev team. The role requires 2-3+ years of cryptocurrency trading experience, exposure to tradfi asset classes, and strong analytical skills. The ideal candidate is a digital native with a deep understanding of digital assets and financial market structure, able to act under pressure, and possesses basic coding skills in SQL and Python.
