About the Opportunity:

• We are hiring a Senior Platform Engineer to build infrastructure and shared engineering capabilities for scaling.
• This role owns foundational systems and patterns, enabling product teams to build, deploy, and operate independently.
• The ideal candidate has deep AWS and Terraform expertise and is comfortable working in Ruby on Rails.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the shared platform layer across systems including Patient Care Application, AWS, Postgres, and CI/CD.
• Design and improve cloud infrastructure for scalability, reliability, security, and developer experience.
• Build core application services in Ruby on Rails, including authorization, jobs, and deployments.

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience building and operating production backend systems.
• Deep expertise in Ruby on Rails and strong relational database skills.
• Experience building platform-level capabilities such as authentication, CI/CD, and integrations.
