Job Description
The New Accounts Associate will identify clients that need to have their account documentation updated and coordinate with existing clients to update their account information. This role involves processing documentation in accordance with industry rules and regulations, including the US Patriot Act, Anti Money Laundering and βKnow Your Clientβ. The Associate will review documentation for accuracy, maintain detailed records, and provide timely responses to account opening questions. They will also correspond with clients, sales representatives, and customer service representatives, keep a database of accounts, and follow internal policies when dealing with suspicious activity.
