Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Develop and maintain Oracle database applications with PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Reports, ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with business users and technical teams to deliver enhancements and resolve production issues.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience with 2+ years of Oracle development.
  • Strong PL/SQL skills, experience with Oracle Forms and Reports, and ability to write complex SQL queries.
  • Active CompTIA Security+ certification and excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Oracle APEX, legacy modernization, Agile methodologies, and government systems.
  • Knowledge of database performance tuning, secure coding, and integration with external APIs.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to work independently or in a team.
