Job Description
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will conduct thoughtful, high-quality discovery calls with veterinary clinics to understand their challenges and spark interest in Koala. Youll book qualified meetings for our Partner Relationship Managers based on real clinic insights. Use Salesforce to track outreach, manage follow-ups, and maintain clean pipeline records. Clearly and confidently explain how Koala supports veterinary teams and improves the client experience. You'll consistently meet and exceed outreach goals across calls, emails, and social channels. Collaborate with the sales team to align messaging and share real-time feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our outbound process and prospecting strategies. Stay informed on the veterinary industry, competitor offerings, and clinic pain points.
