Education Manager - SMEs All France (remote)

You will own the long-term educational strategy for 200K+ SME users, defining how they discover, learn, and master Pennylane across their entire journey. Leading cross-functional initiatives with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partner Success teams to embed education strategically throughout the user experience will be a must. Analyzing user behavior at scale to identify learning gaps and prioritize ruthlessly across competing demands will be important in this role. You will design comprehensive learning ecosystems that guide users from onboarding to advanced feature adoption. Partnering with Product teams to integrate education into product workflows is another key responsibility. You will master complex data analysis across platforms (Academy, Help Center, in-app guidance, support tickets, product usage) and extract actionable insights from large datasets to inform strategic decisions and priorities. Measuring educational impact on business outcomes (adoption, retention, support deflection) will also be an important task.
