Looking for a dynamic, highly organized Sr. Manager, Events & Program Management to support ServiceNow’s Global President of Customer Operations. This high-impact, high-visibility role blends strategic leadership positioning, thought leadership, and event management — ensuring the President is fully supported and maximized across every channel and stage. You’ll help shape the President’s external voice, manage thought leadership opportunities, and lead the orchestration of strategic events. Working across Sales, Marketing, and Communications, you’ll create moments that inspire, connect, and deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Thought Leadership & Communications: Drive thought leadership opportunities. Strategic Event Planning & Execution: Support planning and execution for major industry forums. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the connective tissue between Executive Strategy, Marketing, Sales, and Communications teams.
