Legal Consultant - Anti Trust and Competition

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct antitrust due diligence, review transaction documents, and coordinate with local counsel across jurisdictions on merger control and regulatory approvals.
• Provide strategic antitrust support for corporate transactions, including drafting and reviewing key terms in SPAs and term sheets.
• Advise on commercial antitrust compliance, including researching regional competition issues and drafting policies for exclusive programs and incentives.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in antitrust and competition law, with strong background in merger control, regulatory investigations, and commercial advisory.
• Comfortable operating as a dedicated in-house antitrust specialist, supported by external counsel.
• Experience in Southeast Asia competition regimes and familiarity with Tech, FinTech, or Logistics industries is an advantage.
