Legal Consultant - Ethics & Compliance

Role Overview:

• You will serve as a Legal Consultant specializing in Ethics & Compliance for a global client base.
• This is a remote role based in Singapore, offering high-caliber legal work without the traditional law firm structure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver legal and compliance advice to internal teams and external clients.
• Design and monitor control systems to enforce legal guidelines and internal policies.
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and emerging compliance best practices.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Investigations, Regulatory, or Compliance work.
• Expertise in Conflicts of Interests, Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, Code of Conduct, and Due Diligence.
• Background in Manufacturing, Tech, or Data Centers is preferred.
