Senior DevOps Engineer

Effectual Sr. DevOps Engineers (SDOEs) are members of the Professional Services (PS) team responsible for ensuring that customer-facing projects are delivered with exceptional customer satisfaction and technical excellence. Effectual Sr. DevOps Engineers are "Brand Ambassadors" and are expected to stay current on leading practices to deliver high-quality, well-conceived solutions to customers. The engineer will be enabling customers' use of AWS by designing, deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting the Kubernetes ecosystem; this includes creating cloud-native CI/CD workflows, automating cloud infrastructure, and supporting developers in efficiently working within AWS. The role also involves establishing visibility into cloud operations, supporting the migration of customers from on-premises environments to AWS, leading technical design sessions, conducting code reviews, and providing mentorship.
