About the role:
- Lead the treasury function, including cash flow management, banking relationships, and process optimization.
- Work cross-functionally with Accounting, Financial Control, and Product teams.
Responsibilities:
- Own bank and EMI relationships, negotiate fees and terms.
- Manage KYC processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Identify and mitigate financial and FX risks.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Treasury Manager experience in IT, fintech, or multi-jurisdictional business.
- Experience with international banks, EMIs, SWIFT, SEPA, ACH.
- Upper-Intermediate English.
