Finance Operations Associate

Role:

• Own day-to-day treasury, pre-accounting, and reporting across fiat and crypto.
• Ensure the finance function runs flawlessly for fast, confident decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate and reconcile payments using Pennylane, Cryptio, and internal tools.
• Track invoices, update pre-accounting, and coordinate with external accountants.
• Monitor cash and token positions and implement process improvements.

Success Criteria:

• First 30 days: Onboard to tools and run basic payments under supervision.
• Month 4-6: Own end-to-end pre-accounting and monthly reporting, expand to crypto payments.
• Month 12: Be a trusted partner handling complex flows with autonomy.
