Lead of Internal Accounting team

Responsibilities:

• Own and oversee the full accounting cycle across Group companies, including lead and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Ensure accurate accounting treatment and reporting of crypto and fiat transactions, including reconciliations with digital assets, wallets, and payment providers.
• Drive standardization, optimization, and automation of accounting processes across the Group.

Requirements:

• Significant hands-on accounting experience at Senior Accountant, Lead Accountant, or similar level, with strong experience in 1C and IFRS.
• Proven ownership of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing for multiple legal entities, preferably in crypto, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong reconciliation skills, analytical mindset, and ability to manage a team of 4–5 accounting professionals.
