Your Responsibilities:
- Own daily reconciliation and exception handling across your assigned rails and partners.
- Monitor payment flows, resolve transaction issues, and drive operational incidents to resolution.
- Build automation and AI-enabled workflows to scale operations.
Key Challenges:
- Reconciling crypto and fiat across many banks, PFIs, and exchanges with different quirks.
- Diagnosing stalled payments that span multiple partners and systems.
- Deciding when to escalate exceptions versus owning fixes directly.
Growth Opportunities:
- Full independent ownership of reconciliation and exceptions for your rails.
- Cut manual work through automation and AI as the function grows.
- Partner with Product and GTM to launch new rails and partners.
