What You'll Do:
- Own the full payments operations lifecycle: merchant onboarding, underwriting, transaction monitoring, dispute management, and escalation handling.
- Build reporting infrastructure (dashboards, data pipelines, scorecards) to give leadership real-time visibility into payments health.
- Deploy AI-assisted decisioning to reduce manual overhead while managing risk, and serve as the primary operational partner to Stripe.
What You Bring:
- 8+ years in payments operations, risk, or fintech with vertical SaaS or embedded payments experience strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of owning portfolio-level KPIs and building operational reporting from the ground up.
- Deep familiarity with underwriting, disputes, fraud, chargeback management, and experience with Stripe infrastructure.
