Key Responsibilities:
- Own daily payment operations across all PSPs, including settlement monitoring, reconciliation, and refund flows.
- Build and maintain operational dashboards and optimize payment vendor billing.
- Source and qualify new payment partners, lead commercial negotiations, and maintain CRM pipeline.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in payments operations or commercial roles at PSP/acquirer, with consumer subscription experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Stripe at scale ($1M+/month) and working knowledge of cascading and routing logic.
- Strong spreadsheet skills, CRM discipline, and outstanding written communication.
Success Metrics:
- 100% reconciliation accuracy within 48 hours and operational dashboards live within 60 days.
- At least one new MID or processor relationship per quarter and a pipeline of 10+ active conversations.
- Positive cross-functional feedback from Risk, Finance, and Legal.
