Your Mission:

  • Onboard PSP companies onto processing channels brought in by the business development team — from first contact through to live transactions.
  • Build and maintain integrations with new and existing partners, ensuring a smooth technical and commercial setup.
  • Own a portfolio of merchant accounts across multiple partner channels — track performance, flag risks, and lead resolution.

Day-to-Day Accountabilities:

  • Maintain and update a risk register for active partners, staying ahead of compliance, IPS, and acquirer requirements.
  • Run the merchant account dashboard: volume limits, transactional data, status, and history — always current.
  • Review and renegotiate financial conditions, including processing rates, settlements, rolling reserves, and deposits.

Problem-Solving & Partner Management:

  • Handle incoming partner requests across compliance, IPS, and acquirer queries — triage, own, and close.
  • Resolve settlement delays and debt issues with partners directly.
  • Identify opportunities to scale capacity and increase efficiency within existing solutions.
