Partner Portfolio Management:
- Manage end-to-end relationships with a defined portfolio of LATAM partners across acquirers, APMs, banks, and fraud vendors.
- Monitor partner health metrics such as integration status, volume, and NPS to proactively address issues.
The primary contact ensuring partners are engaged and growing within the Yuno ecosystem.
Business Development & Growth:
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities aligned with product and commercial strategy.
- Negotiate agreements, commercial terms, and SLAs with legal and finance teams.
- Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, co-marketing campaigns, and referral programs.
Contribute to Yuno's sales pipeline through partner-generated lead generation.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work with Product to advocate for partner requirements and prioritize integrations.
- Coordinate with Sales and Customer Success to leverage the partner network for merchant acquisition and retention.
- Provide market intelligence on competitive dynamics and LATAM payment trends.
Attend industry events to promote Yuno's brand and connect with the payments ecosystem.
