We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who is excited to help build the future of enterprise stablecoins with us. This is a hands-on role partnering closely with the (future) Head of Product, GTM, Engineering, and Compliance to ensure we deliver a reliable, compliant, and high‑quality product. You will own critical product areas end to end and drive outcomes through influence and exceptional execution.

We are looking for senior software engineers focusing on the backend to join the Bastion engineering team. You will ramp on service layout, CI/CD, observability, engineering conventions and practices; take ownership of a service or capability across our product; lead a cross-service initiative and shape technical direction with design docs and mentoring.
