Lead Full-Stack Developer

Role Overview:

• Lead the design, development, integration, and sustainment of a secure, web-based application for managing mission data and digital assets.
• Contribute production code while guiding technical design, performing code reviews, and mentoring developers.
• Collaborate directly with product, platform, security, and mission stakeholders to deliver production-quality releases.

What You'll Do:

• Engineer scalable file upload, ingestion, transfer, processing, and download workflows for large volumes of images, video, documents, and structured or unstructured data.
• Implement secure authentication, authorization, access controls, audit logging, and data handling rules throughout the application.
• Optimize search, filtering, content previews, indexing, and data discovery workflows to help users find relevant assets efficiently.

What We're Looking For:

• Active Secret security clearance and at least seven years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency with modern front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue, plus strong back-end experience in Python, Node.js, Java, or C#.
• Hands-on AWS experience, knowledge of database design, and familiarity with DevSecOps pipelines, containers, and agile delivery.
