Payroll Compliance Test Engineer

The Payroll Compliance Test Engineer will quality test development based on specifications before releasing to customers. Communication with business stakeholders and subject matter experts is essential to understand payroll compliance requirements. This role ensures that technical specifications are rigorously tested for accuracy after being applied by the Development team. The engineer will design and run test scenarios to identify potential compliance vulnerabilities, escalating them to the Head of Compliance. Maintaining current testing plans based on new or revised policies and regulations is key, adhering to business processes to meet quality requirements and ensuring an accuracy rate of 97% or more. Continual communication with the Head of Compliance, developers, and solution designers is needed on areas of development or issues experienced during the development cycle. The engineer will also update the Product User Guide for allocated countries.
