Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and ship full-stack features with modern UIs and APIs on AWS serverless architecture
- Lead a small squad day-to-day, translating business ideas into rapid execution
- Enable fast iteration and experimentation while managing technical debt proactively
Qualifications:
- 5-7+ years of software engineering with strong TypeScript/Node/frontend skills
- Experience with AWS serverless services and leadership through execution
- Ability to align business and tech with strong communication skills
Technology Tooling:
- Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript; Backend: Node.js, AWS Lambda, API Gateway
- Infrastructure: AWS serverless with Pulumi IaC; CI/CD via GitLab and LaunchDarkly feature flags
- Observability: Datadog for monitoring; Jellyfish for engineering metrics; AI tools like Copilot and Kiro
