What you'll be doing:
- Design and maintain complex spreadsheet models using Google Sheets/Excel for workforce metrics.
- Perform internal equity analysis, market compensation benchmarking, and support promotion cycles.
- Analyze P&L budget vs. expense variances and create executive-ready dashboards.
What you bring to the table:
- 3-5+ years of experience in data analysis, workforce planning, or financial analysis.
- Advanced spreadsheet mastery and practical SQL knowledge.
- Exceptional ability to synthesize technical data into clear executive presentations.
