Analyze, design, and administer compensation programs covering base salary, short-term incentives, and sales commissions in alignment with organizational objectives.
Develop, maintain, and communicate salary structures, job grades, compensation budgets, guidelines, and related materials.
Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners to provide compensation guidance for new hires, internal transfers, and other pay decisions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, Economics, Analytics, or related field with 5+ years of compensation experience.
Demonstrated experience designing and administering compensation programs including salary structures and market pricing.
Intermediate Excel proficiency with PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and charts; government contracting experience required.
