- You will serve as a key compensation partner, performing job evaluation and market pricing analyses.
- You will support career pathways, job architecture, and drafting of job descriptions.
- You will also participate in compensation planning, system maintenance, and special projects.
For This Role You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of progressive compensation experience.
- Knowledge of FLSA, market pricing, and compensation surveys.
- Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills and ability to handle confidential information.
