Key Responsibilities:

- Manage annual review cycles, internal equity analyses, and incentive plan design.
Qualifications:
- 7-10+ years of progressive compensation experience in high-growth tech.
- Deep expertise in benchmarking, job architecture, and pay transparency laws.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with Pave and HRIS platforms.
Compensation:
- $140,000 - $160,000 base salary plus bonus.
- Final offer based on experience, skills, and location.
