Partner with executives and senior leadership to ensure our compensation program attracts the right talent and drives the right behaviors.
Oversee the annual compensation planning process, including merit cycle, promotions, off-cycle changes, and executive compensation.
Design and maintain role classification and benchmarking to remain competitive and aligned to market trends.

What you should have:

5+ years of experience in Compensation at a software company.
Experience building scalable compensation programs in a fast-moving environment.
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, including Google Sheets/Excel.
