Responsibilities:

  • Manage, analyze, and administer compensation programs that align with company objectives for recruiting, retention, and employee engagement.
  • Design and implement variable compensation programs, including commission and incentive plans, to reward and motivate employees.
  • Partner with business unit leaders to develop new compensation plans and ensure competitiveness and legal compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, accounting/finance, or a business-related field.
  • 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in base-pay compensation and job evaluation, both domestically and internationally.
  • 5-7 years of experience designing variable compensation programs, with proficiency in Excel and ADP preferred.
