• Lead the adoption of Generative AI and advanced ML techniques, solving real user problems.
• Own the vision for the data tech stack, deciding what pieces to change, depreciate, or double down on.

People & Process:

• Grow effective leaders within your organization, delegating leadership responsibilities.
• Drive department-level hiring initiatives and define the interview process for data roles.
• Define the right processes for each team’s maturity level, balancing agility with the discipline required.
