Academy Facilitator/Trainer, Enabling - People & Business Ops

This role is a critical part of Informa's new Talent & Inclusion team, which aims to build an inclusive and diverse environment. As an Academy Facilitator, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, practical, and high-impact learning experiences across TheCampus@Informa. You will work closely with Academy Partners to co-design and refine content, ensuring its relevance and inclusivity. Facilitators lead interactive live and virtual sessions, using coaching, discussion, and immersive techniques. You will also support continuous improvement by providing feedback on content, capturing learner insights, and promoting a culture of learning through Informa's AI-powered ecosystem, Elysia. By embedding learning in the flow of work, you ensure colleagues develop skills in smart, sustainable, and scalable ways. Reporting to the Head of Academy, you will play a key role in ensuring that Academy learning is consistent, practical, and performance-driven across Informa's global business.
