Senior Computer Systems Analyst

As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in evaluating and enhancing the performance and efficiency of our internal systems. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to analyze business needs, define technical requirements, and implement systems that support Bellota’s product and operations teams. This role does not focus on direct programming or software engineering, but instead on designing and implementing improvements to our current technology stack, optimizing workflows, and enhancing the way data and systems support the company’s strategic goals. Key Responsibilities include analyzing existing computer systems, procedures, and workflows to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Data to understand business requirements and translate them into systems-level solutions. They will evaluate user needs and recommend modifications to current systems or the implementation of new systems to increase productivity and efficiency. Responsibilities also include working closely with DevOps and Engineering leadership to ensure alignment between systems design and organizational priorities. Help design and configure business tools and platforms (e.g., data pipelines, internal dashboards, CRM and analytics systems) to better serve internal users. The candidate will maintain documentation of systems functionality, data flows, and decision logic for transparency and compliance as well as Conduct cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decision-making on system improvements or transitions and provide support during system upgrades, migrations, and integrations across departments.
