Core Role Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the end-to-end quality and commissioning roadmap, ensuring a seamless transition from initial design through to substantial completion and tenant handover.
- Lead the recruitment and development of internal QCx professionals and strategic selection of third-party Commissioning Agents.
- Act as the primary technical stakeholder for tenant lease negotiations and technical work letters.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Technical knowledge of ASHRAE commissioning levels and electrical/mechanical redundancy topologies.
- Proven ability to recruit, retain, and mentor high-performing technical professionals.
- Ability to run complex RFPs for technical services and negotiate high-value partner agreements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent combination.
- 15+ years in QCx Leadership or MEP Management, with at least 5 years in Data Center or Mission-Critical environments.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing multi-disciplinary technical teams.
