Job Description

The strategic and operational management of partner account management lies in your area of responsibility. Escalation management in complex projects is your responsibility, as is supporting the reorientation of strategic customer projects (e.g. OEM projects with major customers). Conducting sales talks and contract negotiations, especially with strategically important stakeholders, as well as participating in trade fairs, workshops or technical seminars. You are responsible for the sales of the partner channel and plan the estimates and forecasts. The areas of inside sales and back office are also your responsibilities. The establishment and management of the OEM area are also part of your duties.
