Job Description
At Rula, Sr Analytics Engineers are the architects behind our most critical data products—powering insights for everything from patient engagement to clinical operations. You’ll work hands-on in dbt, Redshift, Looker and Hex to design trusted, scalable data models that drive decision-making across the company. This is a highly cross-functional role where you’ll partner with data scientists, product managers, and operational leaders to turn complex questions into elegant data solutions.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Data Science and 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or business intelligence roles. Advanced proficiency with dbt is needed, as well as strong SQL skills and experience working with cloud data warehouses, especially Amazon Redshift and Looker.
