Growth Marketing Manager, Digital Media

What You'll Do:

• Partner with channel experts to plan and execute strategy across high-yield digital media channels like Paid Email, 3P Virtual Events, and Content Syndication.
• Manage relationships with 30+ vendors, oversee campaign execution, and ensure seamless delivery of creative assets and tracking.
• Own digital marketing budget allocation for new testing initiatives, track performance, and maximize ROI against aggressive pipeline targets.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Demand Generation with proven experience in Paid Email, 3P Virtual Events, and Content Syndication.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and relationships simultaneously.
• Data-driven mindset, proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo, Looker, and Tableau, and a bias towards aggressive experimentation.

Compensation:

• Base salary range of $120,000 - $165,000 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
• This role is remote within the USA and does not offer visa sponsorship.
