We're looking for a junior hire to own and expand our internal tooling, primarily Retool dashboards and lightweight development tasks. This is not a traditional developer role: you'll learn on the job, build real tools that impact the business, and grow into someone who can eventually contribute to our admin systems.
The ideal candidate is hungry to learn, passionate about building things, and comfortable experimenting. You don't need years of experience; what matters is curiosity, problem-solving, and the drive to turn ideas into working tools. You will learn Retool and our database schema through direct training, build and maintain dashboards, experiment with automation, use AI tools, and support internal teams by delivering quick wins. This is a stepping stone role with professional and financial progression.
