Lead DevSecOps Engineer

Job Summary:

• Serve as a hands-on technical leader embedding security into every stage of software delivery across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
• Architect secure, scalable infrastructure, set engineering standards, and mentor a team of DevSecOps engineers in industry best practices.
• Champion a shift-left security culture, integrate AI-powered tooling into engineering workflows, and partner with cross-functional teams to align secure cloud solutions with business objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines with automated security gates (SAST, DAST, SCA, secrets scanning, container/image scanning).
• Develop and manage Infrastructure-as-Code using frameworks like Terraform and configuration management tools such as Ansible.
• Evaluate and integrate AI tooling into DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines to improve automation and security coverage, and establish responsible-use guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, plus 8+ years of relevant DevOps, security, or cloud engineering experience with a focus on DevSecOps.
• Deep hands-on expertise across AWS and Azure, strong proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD pipelines, and leadership experience mentoring engineers.
• Industry certifications in AWS or Azure, and familiarity with security frameworks such as CIS Benchmarks, NIST, and HIPAA.
