Technical Team Leader - DevOps & DevSecOps

Technical Leadership:

• Own end-to-end architecture across infrastructure, CI/CD, and application layers for cloud portal workloads on Azure and GCP.
• Drive systems-level design, run code reviews, and stay hands-on with 40-60% individual contribution.
• Champion AI-first development practices across the pod.

Delivery & Project Management:

• Run the pod as project manager: sprint planning, standups, status reporting to stakeholders.
• Maintain backlog, sequence work, and manage release management and post-incident reviews.
• Forecast capacity as the pod scales and partner on hiring loops.

People & Mentorship:

• Onboard new engineers, set growth paths, and provide regular one-on-one technical coaching.
• Build a culture of ownership, transparent communication, and continuous learning.

DevSecOps Governance:

• Embed security, compliance (FedRAMP, FIPS, CIS, ISO, PCI), and observability standards into every delivery.
• Partner with client security teams on threat modeling and audit response.
