- Output-focused: more good creators, cleaner deals, ad-ready videos on time.
You Will:
- Source creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and marketplaces; vet for fit.
- Structure contracts and asks, negotiate terms, and track rights/payments.
- Manage schedules, reviews, and weekly status.
You Are:
- 8+ years in creator/UGC programs with volume.
- Natural recruiter and negotiator, organized at scale.
- Fluent in Meta/TikTok, self-directed, remote, part-time.
