Job Description

Set a centralized strategic direction for outlet business with a dedicated global team focused on how to grow, how to maintain, and how to optimize the assortments within outlet business. The Director of Outlet will create a strategy for outlet planning teams within clusters, requiring leadership and close collaboration with regions/clusters partners to ensure the business drives the planned financial results. The Director of Outlet will be part of a cross-functional team including Merchandising, Planning & Inventory Management, Operations, Finance, Brand and Marketing. Partner with Merchandising to develop strategic category plans and targets to guide brand vision and with Finance and the cross-functional team to build Annual Financial Plans. Responsibilities include developing and monitoring outlet store KPI by cluster/region based on purpose segment to improve productivity and margins, creating tops down seasonal financial plans that support category strategies, and building applicable strategies around risks and opportunities identified in the business. The role will also track store KPIs, promote in season business, and conduct business reviews with cluster teams to track outlet performance.
