Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our new Monorepo DevOps Team. As part of this high-impact, platform-oriented team, you will play a key role in fostering engineering excellence by creating and implementing core processes and tools to enhance development efficiency, reliability, and quality within the Camunda 8 monorepo. You will collaborate with infrastructure and core software engineering teams to ensure smooth workflows, robust dependency management, and continuous improvement of CI processes; enabling the core Camunda 8 engineering teams to focus better on the core product development. You will implement, automate and maintain core engineering processes in the Camunda 8 monorepository, including: release management and workflows, dependency management, CVE management, asset management. You will monitor and continuously improve monorepo CI health following a metric-driven approach. You will also collaborate with the key stakeholders to implement the CI strategy and engineering best practices, by creating a positive impact within the C8 Engineering organization.
