Job Description
This is not a pure leadership role; it’s a player-coach position. You’ll lead a team—but you’ll also contribute directly to strategy, messaging, content creation, and key programs. You’ll guide launches, shape our narrative, and personally engage with partners, community leaders, and developers. You will define and lead the Audience & Content GTM strategy, in close alignment with Product, Sales, and Distribution & Ops. You will co-develop and continuously refine positioning and messaging. You will oversee a holistic content strategy and shape the community strategy. You will direct partner marketing efforts and build and manage a high-performing team of experienced ICs and managers. You will collaborate tightly with the Distribution & Ops to ensure content is maximized for reach, impact, and continuous feedback.
