Job Description
As a Marketing & Partnerships Associate, you will drive Auctria’s marketing and partnership efforts forward. You’ll work directly with the Director of Business Growth and Strategy, supporting business strategies from webinars and lead generation to conferences and partner relationships. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of experience within or alongside the nonprofit sector, ensuring a strong understanding of our clients’ unique needs. This is a hands-on role that requires initiative and follow-through.
You will collaborate with marketing, content, and sales teams to implement digital strategies and ensure brand and message consistency. You'll be contributing to work that supports fundraisers across North America—and seeing real impact in real time. Experience in the nonprofit sector is strongly preferred, with familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS). Key responsibilities include collaboration on strategic initiatives, coordinating and hosting product demos, supporting partner relationships, and assisting in conference planning.
