Remote Operations Engineer

As a Remote Operations Engineer you'll be the central figure overseeing Akaysha’s BESS projects in the evening, acting as a primary contact for internal teams and external partners. Your expertise keeps system performance and reliability at its peak and your decisions will help maximize platform performance and revenue, directly influencing project success. You’ll triage and resolve complex operational issues, respond to alarms, and support onsite colleagues with confidence and precision. By monitoring and operating the platform in line with established procedures and agreements, you’ll assist in maximizing performance and revenue. You’ll maintain detailed, real-time logs to ensure seamless shift handovers. Collaboration is essential, as you’ll communicate updates to field service teams and third-party ROC partners; escalating critical matters with accuracy and urgency. Your familiarity with system platforms and operational documentation will assist in ensuring continuous improvement that will refine Akaysha’s operational procedures and drive innovation.
