Job Description
The National Director of Government Affairs leads the organization’s efforts to influence public policy, payer regulations, and state and federal legislation in support of expanding access to high-quality pediatric home and community-based care. This leader develops and executes a strategic advocacy plan aligned with our Organization’s national mission, local market realities, and payer priorities.
Key responsibilities include strategic planning, continuous strategic evaluation & refinement, ensuring every government affairs initiative is designed and pursued with a clearly defined, measurable impact, internal collaboration, facilitation & education, external advocacy & relationship building, and organizational communication & leadership.
