National Director of Government Affairs

The National Director of Government Affairs leads the organization’s efforts to influence public policy, payer regulations, and state and federal legislation in support of expanding access to high-quality pediatric home and community-based care. This leader develops and executes a strategic advocacy plan aligned with our Organization’s national mission, local market realities, and payer priorities. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, continuous strategic evaluation & refinement, ensuring every government affairs initiative is designed and pursued with a clearly defined, measurable impact, internal collaboration, facilitation & education, external advocacy & relationship building, and organizational communication & leadership.
