- Partner with sales teams to achieve revenue targets and expand interconnection services.

- Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and asking smart questions.
- Can synthesize complex information into clear recommendations.
- Care about quality, clarity, and real-world impact.
Experience and Skills:
- Deep technical expertise in power system engineering and transmission planning.
- 10+ years of progressive experience with demonstrated leadership responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to translate complex technical concepts.
