Lead annual budgeting, monthly and quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes across the business.
Translate financial and operational performance into actionable insights through variance analysis, identifying risks and opportunities.
Partner with commercial, operational, functional, and group finance teams to support strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

Approximately 7 years of progressive experience in FP&A, controlling, or corporate finance within an international organization.
Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting with advanced Excel skills and ERP experience.
Fluent English required; MBA, CFA, ACCA, or CIMA preferred.
