Manager, Crown Jewel Operations

The Manager, Crown Jewel Operations, maintains accountability for a positive customer experience and driving value with a strategic mindset while protecting AbbVie's most confidential data assets. This role will be accountable for providing governance and oversight for Crown Jewel Office and Cybersecurity activities, while delivering business value by maximizing investment in securing our Crown Jewels. Responsibilities include overall operations, governance and optimization of Crown Jewel Office processes. You will execute Crown Jewel operational processes with a focus on automation, establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with functional counterparts, lead assurance activities, and provide regular reporting to Sr. Leadership. You will also support the Data Protection Governance Committee, provide operational and reporting requirements for internal tools and dashboards, monitor execution of Crown Jewel processes, maintain accurate information around Crown Jewel data assets, and ensure compliance with AbbVie processes.
