Clinical Supervisor

Handspring is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee and support our team of therapists. Your role involves providing clinical guidance, ensuring quality care, and fostering professional development among our therapists. You'll conduct individual supervision sessions, facilitate team consultations, offer case consultations, and help assess and evaluate therapists whom Handspring hires. This position offers the opportunity to shape our clinical approach and mentor therapists while improving mental health outcomes for young patients. You will work closely with Handspring’s Clinical Leadership. Responsibilities include providing clinical supervision to therapists and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. The role also includes participating in quality assurance efforts.
