Job Description
As Analytics Manager at Affirm:
- You will lead the team’s fraud monitoring and detection efforts as Affirm scales internationally.
- You will own fraud escalations.
- You will work with cross-functional partners to develop fraud detection and decisioning systems.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Developing strategies for monitoring and preventing fraud, aligned with risk management goals.
- Leveraging advanced data analytics to identify loss drivers and optimize fraud management strategies.
- Reporting on fraud trends and loss drivers to cross-functional partners and senior management.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in Fraud Management or a related field.
- Extensive experience writing and analyzing SQL queries.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to shift focus quickly.
